My name is Shadow Vichkanova. I am 19 years old, and I live in Canada. I have suffered from Anorexia Nervosa for as long as I can remember. I have made quite a bit of progress in my weight loss before. but I let myself go to far back to 140lbs due to bad bingeing habits. This blog is for my journey to 99lbs.
**I do not promote Anorexia.**
I would not wish this living hell unto my worst enemy! This blog is merely for my own venting and self-motivation.

I attempted to jog today, but all I achieved was a burning in my right lung… It must have been because I haven’t eaten all day. I did power walk for a whole hour through the forest, however!
